We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to become part of our dynamic team in Woensdrecht. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations in our warehouse, supporting the production of cutting-edge wiring harnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and organize materials for production.
• Receive, store, and organize incoming materials with accuracy.
• Prepare completed harnesses for shipment, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.
• Maintain precise inventory records and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure efficient operations.

This position follows a 2-shift system:

• 06:30 - 14:30
• 14:30 - 22:30

• You are a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable individual.
• You are available for both morning and afternoon shifts.
• You can work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You are proficient in reading and speaking Dutch.
• You have prior experience in a similar role.
• You have own accommodation and transport to work

• Competitive salary of €17,12 per hour (including a 5.12% ADV allowance).
• 15% shift allowance for hours between 06:30 and 22:30.
• 30% overtime allowance for work beyond 8.5 hours in a day.
• 8.33% holiday allowance.
• Comprehensive training program with on-the-job support from a buddy to help you grow.
• 25 paid vacation days per year.
• Travel reimbursement of €0.19 per kilometer.
