Super Micro, a global leader in IT products, is looking for talented individuals to join their dynamic team in Den Bosch.

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be the go-to person for assisting the sales team and managing key administrative tasks. Your day starts at 09:00 and ends at 17:30. You will handle a variety of responsibilities including:

• Responding to inquiries such as order status, shipment schedules, account applications, co-op applications, product availability, and pricing.
• Assisting the sales team with data entry tasks and providing backup for other team members as needed.
• Working cross-functionally with production, accounting, and RMA teams to track assembly order schedules and expedite pending repair orders.
• Arranging sales meetings and preparing presentations.
• Helping process orders, expedite orders, and assist on RMAs.
• Assisting with product marketing information for email blasts or other marketing activities with the BV office.
• Generating sales and forecasting reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.

In addition to an attractive salary starting at € 2.700,- gross per month, we offer:

• High School Diploma required; AA degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of tech industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to effectively identify and resolve issues.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
