As an Allocator for Nike’s Value Stores in the EMEA Nike Direct Value Marketplace DSM team, you will be the link between great product and consumer demand. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the right merchandise is available at the right place, in the right quantity and at the right time – across Nike’s most premium value retail doors in Europe.

There will be a contract untill 30-11-2025

• Analyze sales and inventory data to optimize replenishment processes
• Plan and execute product allocation strategies across seasons, stores and flows
• Partner with Assortment Planners, Merchandisers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Identify risks and opportunities and create actionable, data-driven plans
• Lead or contribute to key projects and participate in trade meetings
• Translate market and consumer trends into impactful allocation decisions
• Be responsible for seasonal kick-off presentations and stakeholder updates
• Represent allocation in x-functional forums and collaborate with global teams

• A hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

We’re looking for an analytical, proactive team player with strong planning skills and retail understanding. You bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in Allocation, Planning, Buying or Merchandising
• Strong Excel skills (Tableau, Power BI, SQL is a plus)
• Analytical mindset with commercial and consumer focus
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or fashion environment
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
• Collaborative attitude and curiosity to learn and improve
