Your main activities will be

  • Provide continuous support to production, securing quality and output.
  • Facilitate the product and process changes and implement them to the shop floor.
  • Maintain and update systems like PLM, SAP ERP & SAP-ME Management (Manufacturing Execution System) .
  • Co-ordination and support the maintenance and calibration activities (SAP-Plant Maintenance) .
  • Analyse current production process and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Support New Product Introduction including its processes.
  • Support to the process validation activities.
  • Carry out incidental maintenance work for facility and production machinery/tools.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, such as: Physics / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics/
  • Broad technical interest
  • Green belt in lean six sigma or equivalent 
  • Good knowledge of and experience in Problem solving to narrow down the root cause of incidents
  • Experience with ERP, PLM and MES-system is preferred
  • Commitment, strong analytical skills focussed on quality and continuous improvement
  • Proactive, no-nonsense mentality and plenty of initiative.
  • Team player with good social and communication skills.
  • Adequate Dutch and English language skills in speech and writing are a must.
