As a Commercial Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge commercial strategies that reflect the ambition and international scope;
  • Lead and inspire sales and business development teams to deliver revenue growth and exceptional client retention;
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities across sectors and geographies;
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers;
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts and long-term renewals with confidence and care;
  • Monitor performance, challenge the status quo, and make strategic decisions based on data and insight.


Gevraagd

We are looking for a commercially driven person with the following background and attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CSP, CIM) a plus;
  • 5+ years in a senior commercial, sales, or business development leadership role with proven revenue growth results;
  • Strong strategic planning skills with expertise in market analysis, forecasting, and budgeting;
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities; experienced in building and guiding high-performing teams;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across international markets;
  • Proficient in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and sales performance analytics;
  • Bi-lingual including fluent English; knowledge of commercial law, compliance, and global business practices is a plus.
