Portfolio Project Lead Kruiningen • Lamb Weston EMEA

As a Portfolio Project Lead, you lead the coordination and execution of Innovation Projects for Lamb Weston EMEA following our Stage Gate process from start to finish. You work closely with both Commercial and Supply Chain teams to make sure new products and ideas are successfully developed and launched on the market. You help track project timelines, budgets, and key deliverables, and you regularly update project stakeholders on progress.

You'll be part of the Product Applications & Development team and work from our Operations & Services Center in Kruiningen.

What do you do?

• Help manage and leading the delivery of innovation projects following the Stage Gate process structure.
• Organize and lead project team meetings, making sure everyone knows their role and responsibilities.
• Support project planning to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets all key requirements.
• Share updates and reports with stakeholders and flag any issues early.
• Identifying and solving problems to keep the project moving forward or minimize their impact on project delivery.
• Suggest improvements in how we run and report on projects.

What do you bring?

• Bachelor/Master (HBO/University) working and thinking level
• While 2-5 years of experience in project coordination (PRINCE-2) or support is preferred (R&D, Op’s, SC or QA), we strongly encourage recent graduates or recent starters with the right mindset to apply! You’ll receive coaching and on-the-job learning to build up your project management skills within a great supportive team
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (another European language is a plus)
• Good planning and organization skills, able to manage and lead multiple tasks at once Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using tools like Excel, SAP, Office 365, and ServiceNow
• A hands-on mindset and willingness to work from multiple locations (up to 20%)
