As Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for managing the daily logistics process within the warehouse. You keep an overview of the entire goods flow, from inbound and outbound to VAS activities. You manage your team in a motivating and transparent way. You ensure efficient planning, monitor progress and intervene where necessary. Thanks to your experience and communication skills, you know how to lift the team to a higher level. You work from Monday to Friday, in day shift, and during peak in 2 shifts.
Wat wij vragen
As Warehouse Supervisor, we ask of you:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar management position within a warehouse;
- Experience in managing logistics processes (inbound, outbound, VAS);
- Strong communication skills and a real team player;
- Good command of the English language;
- Proactive and stress resistant attitude;
- Able to keep an overview and switch gears quickly.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, we offer you:
- A full-time day shift position in a brand new warehouse;
- A salary €3,250 based on full-time employment, paid weekly;
- 8.33% vacation pay;
- Travel allowance;

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be working at an international company specialized in logistics services, focused on global goods transportation. The location in Roosendaal specializes in pallet storage and transport of all kinds of toys, playing cards and figures from a famous children's series. The company has locations worldwide, including three in the Netherlands.
