Start as a team leader and earn a gross monthly salary between €2600 and €3200 per month, including attractive additional employment conditions and your own company telephone. This full-time position offers 37 hours a week and the opportunity to be part of a growing company with huge ambitions!

As an e-commerce warehouse team leader, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations to process customer orders accurately and on time. This includes leading a small team, ensuring operational efficiency, enforcing safety standards and identifying and implementing process improvements. You work together with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and monitor performance to ensure continuous improvement.

Wat wij vragen

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, with proven leadership skills;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management, including the use of WMS and Microsoft Office
• Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment;
• Professional command of the English language;
• A reach truck certificate and experience operating material transport equipment is an advantage.
