Functieomschrijving

The purpose of the Site HR Compliance officer is execute administrative tasks to assure compliance of the Belgian labour laws, so everybody returns safely home and can provide for his family.

• Monitor Social systems (CI@W, check inhoudingsplicht, badging system, registration system) and escalate red flags• Assess documents (A1, Limosa, single permits, certificate of coverage) and verify with experts and labour inspection (RSZ) if necessary• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports from our social systems• Assure good data quality• Prepare meetings with contractors, authorities, auditors, etc• Assist in the grievance mechanism: investigation engagement and treatment of external complaints and other tasks as requiredFunctie-eisen
• Accurate, experience with Excel• Assist Compliance Manager in Board and external reporting• Chasing contractors, subcontractors and colleagues to deliver information• Willing to work on a construction site in the harbour of Antwerp• Experience with government systems like Checkin@Work, Declaration of Work, Check Inhoudingsplicht is a bonus• Experience in complex construction projects; experience in chemical, oil, and gas or petrochemical setting is a bonus.• Analytical and problem-solving skills• Able to define and prioritize issues and then solve the problems through networking with other team members or external sources.• good verbal and written Dutch & EnglishArbeidsvoorwaarden
