What you'll be doingHands-on with plants every day: as a nursery worker, you’ll work together with colleagues to pot, care for, and prepare plants like Acer, Hydrangea, Helleborus, Magnolia, and Picea glauca Conica. In an enthusiastic team, you’ll help grow top-quality plants, ready for delivery to customers both in the Netherlands and abroad.
No two days are the same. One moment you’re potting young plants, the next you’re assembling and preparing orders for shipment. Of course, you make sure—together with the team—that the plants leave the nursery looking their very best.
You'll receive
- A gross monthly salary between €2600 and €2900, depending on experience
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer
- 25 vacation days based on a full-time contract

This ornamental plant nursery, with its main location in Boskoop, has been around for over 70 years. The company specializes in growing a wide variety of plants and nursery products, with a strong focus on complete green arrangements.
Operations are spread over several locations in Boskoop, Berkel, and Bleiswijk, covering around 32 hectares of nursery area. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and welcoming—just like a big green family. Will they be welcoming you to the nursery soon?

As a nursery worker, you’ll mainly work at the Bleiswijk location, but sometimes you may be scheduled to work in Boskoop.
