Role Description
As a Project Support Employee within the Site Engineering (SE) department, you will provide technical drawing support and assist in preparing and organizing project documentation. You’ll support engineering project teams throughout the lifecycle of capital projects—mainly within pharmaceutical and biotech environments.
Responsibilities
- Check technical documents from suppliers and engineers
- Manage project documentation using Meridian DMS
- Create and modify AutoCAD drawings as requested
- Compile maintenance and user documentation
- Communicate with maintenance teams for project handovers
- Identify and report drawing inconsistencies
- Support administrative and technical project tasks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (PMs, engineers, IT, EHS) and external contractors.
Requirements
- MBO+ in a technical field (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
- 5+ years experience in engineering/project environments
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Meridian, and MS Office
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting
