As a Business Analyst in the defense sector, you will operate at the intersection of technology, operations and strategic decision-making within a highly complex, fast-paced, and security-driven environment.

You will work alongside procurement, industry, engineering, program, and project teams to translate operational challenges into structured business requirements and data-backed insights. As a Business Analyst, your role would involve collaborating with stakeholders on all levels of the organization to understand and analyze business needs, gathering and interpreting data to inform decision-making, and contributing to the development of strategies that enhance operational efficiency.

This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate strategic needs into clear business and system requirements for cross-functional teams.

• Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions that improve resilience, agility, and readiness.
• Analyze operational, logistical, and technical data to support program and capability development.
• Work closely with stakeholders across different environments and levels to support project lifecycle from concept through execution.
• Contribute to risk assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic recommendations.
