Role: (Senior) Account Executive BeNeLux
Location: Amsterdam
Language: Dutch + English
WFH policy: Mainly remote in NL (No office set-up yet)

Product: They’re one of Europe’s top CX tech platforms. One unified solution that brings together voice, video, email, chat, social, AI, bots, automation, workforce planning — everything a support or sales team needs to interact with customers better and faster.
Size and functions of local team:
5fte in Amsterdam now. 1 superstar SDR, another AE and marketeers. The Amsterdam office is trending to outgrow the Nordics (hometurf) in the future. Huge potential market for them.
Role description:
full sales cycle AE role. 3-6 months cycles, stable inbound from marketing/channel/SDR. Mentality should be get to quota (1M€), Average deal value 80-150K (cannot sell below 60K).

Experience in similar salescycles (3-9 months range) + deals (50-150K ARR)
Hunter/hustler mentality
Dutch fluency
