Your daily responsibilities will include: 

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define, track, and analyze product performance metrics;
• Build and maintain core data models and pipelines to support rapid experimentation and iteration;
• Design dashboards and reporting tools that communicate insights clearly and enable self-service analytics;
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and structured hypotheses;
• Provide guidance on data instrumentation and tracking strategies to ensure data integrity;
• Conduct deep dives on user behavior and feature performance to inform product decisions;
• Support the creation of robust business cases by modeling adoption, engagement, and long-term value;
• Identify opportunities for optimization in the product journey and user experience;
• Champion a data-informed culture across the team by sharing findings and promoting best practices.

Gevraagd

In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have: 

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or data analysis;
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to work independently with large datasets;
• Strong analytical mindset combined with solid intuition for product and user behavior;
• Experience working closely with product, design, and engineering teams;
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and framing data needs in evolving business contexts;
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Airflow) is a plus;
• Familiarity with causal inference techniques or experimentation strategies in low-data environments is advantageous;
• Background in product-led environments or e-commerce domains is desirable.

Aanbod

The ideal schedule for this assignment would be 32 hours per week, however 32-40 is possible. The freelance rate for this assignment will be between €85-€90 / hour, all-in including travel.
