About the role

As a corporate recruiter, your mission is to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent to support our innovation and strategic growth. You will lead and manage a best-in-class recruitment process that balances speed, quality, and candidate experience. You bridge the gap between the company and candidates, making sure both sides are heard and understood.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles with the R&D roles as majority.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define scorecards, role requirements, and recruitment strategies that lead to first time right hires
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline with candidates for key R&D positions
  • Introduce innovative sourcing techniques to attract hard-to-reach, high-quality candidates
  • Facilitate transparent and regular communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and trust throughout the hiring process
Profile
  • BSc in Human Resource management, Business Economics or similar

  • A confident communicator across all levels—from team leads to senior leadership

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a recruiter

  • You are familiar with an objective interview methodology

  • You collaborate seamlessly with HRBPs, recruiters, and HR admin to ensure a smooth hiring process

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch
