Interim Executive Assistant & Office Manager

The role
We're seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support four C-level executives and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. You’ll work closely with the Chief of Staff and People team to improve efficiency and maintain structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings
  • Prepare presentations, take minutes, and follow up on action points
  • Liaise with stakeholders and act as a gatekeeper for executive time
     

Office Management

  • Handle daily office operations, supplies, vendors, and facilities
  • Support onboarding processes and coordinate team events
  • Ensure compliance with office safety and hybrid work procedures

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Help streamline documentation and internal workflows
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones
     

Your profile

  • 3–5+ years in a similar hybrid EA/Office Manager role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Strong scheduling, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Familiar with MS Office, Slack, Notion, and project coordination tools
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
  • Professional, discreet, solution-oriented, and flexible
