Are you an experienced production leader with a passion for tropical fruits?
We are looking for a hands-on Teamleader / Table Operator to guide our repacking team in Bleiswijk.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to keep processes running smoothly, this is your chance!.
What are you going to do?
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities at the packing tables.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Monitor product quality and ensure efficiency in the production line.
- Act as the point of contact between team members and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
You will be working in a company that has been supplying all European countries with tropical products from all around the world.
What do we ask of you?
- Experience with tropical fruits and production/repacking processes.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work proactively and take initiative.
- Languages required: Basic English or Dutch and Polish.
- Own transport to get to the neighborhood in Bleiswijk.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Full-time job in a dynamic, international environment.
- A salary around €16.00 gross per hour for start.
