Are you an organizational talent with a passion for logistics and transport? Do you have an eye for planning and customer focus? Then we are looking for you! As a Transport Planner for Distribution, you are responsible for the efficient and effective route planning of our drivers and charters. You serve as the central point of contact for both drivers and customers, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from processing orders to registering goods and checking route lists. You will work three weeks from 08:00 to 17:00, and once every four weeks, your working hours will be from 13:00 to 22:00. Your tasks include daily planning of routes and deployment of drivers and vehicles, instructing and directing distribution drivers, overseeing transports both administratively and by phone, accepting and entering orders into the TMS, organizing return shipments and preventing empty kilometers, and handling freight documents and complaint registration.

Wij vragen:

- MBO/MBO+ level of working and thinking;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of transport legislation, CAO for professional goods transport, and customs documents;
- Proficient in Dutch, with good communication skills in English and German;
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and flexible in availability;
- Ability to switch quickly, with persuasive skills and the ability to maintain an overview.
