As a process operator in Hoogeveen, you will work in a dynamic production environment. You will operate on a 3-shift schedule, which means you will have varying shifts and receive additional allowances. This is a full-time position where you have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills. You will operate and maintain production machines, utilizing your technical insight effectively. Your day begins with a shift handover, where you and your colleagues discuss the tasks and specifics of the previous shift. You will then proceed to set up and adjust machines to ensure an optimal production process. You quickly identify and resolve malfunctions to keep production running smoothly.
