As an Allround Production Employee, you will work in Tiel full-time, 40 hours per week, in a dynamic production environment. No day is the same, making your work both challenging and varied. You start your day with a team meeting to review the day's goals. Then, you begin setting up and operating the machines, ensuring the production process runs smoothly. During your shift, you monitor product quality, quickly intervening and finding solutions when deviations occur. At the end of the day, you discuss the results with your team. Our client operates in three shifts: 06:00-14:00 (early), 14:00-22:00 (late), and 22:00-06:00 (night).
