Omschrijving
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Providing information about products, services, pricing, and availability
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system (CRM)
Profiel van kandidaat
- Completed MBO-level education, preferably in Logistics
- At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Service environment
- You must have a good command of the English language
- Experience with computer systems such as WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
- Able to switch gears quickly when necessary
