About the Role:
As an OT Network & Access Control Engineer, you will manage and improve OT network infrastructure, focusing on access management, network segmentation, and integration with IT systems. You’ll work closely with local engineers, IT, and cybersecurity teams to ensure a secure and stable factory environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize OT networks (switches, firewalls, VLANs, DMZs)
- Implement and maintain Access Management (IAM)
- Support design and management of OT/IT segmentation
- Handle OT hardware (e.g. switches, PLCs, SCADA components)
- Document OT network architectures
- Contribute to OT security (e.g. PAM, segmentation)
- Act as a technical point of contact for audits and incidents
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in OT or IT/OT environments
- Experience with network design and access control (e.g. VLAN, ACLs)
- Familiarity with OT network segmentation
- Strong knowledge of industrial protocols (e.g. Modbus, Ethernet/IP)
- Basic understanding of SCADA systems (e.g. AVEVA)
