Associate Systems Engineer Breda • Panda International

I am looking for an Associate Manufacturing Systems Engineer for my biotech client in Breda for a 6-month assignment.

Due to the short duration of the assignment, we are only considering candidates currently based in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, testing, and implementation of technology solutions to improve manufacturing reliability and efficiency.
• Integrate Systech systems into existing processes and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot technology systems to ensure continuous operation.
• Document and train staff on new technology processes and systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to support our manufacturing business.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes and systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing company in the area of information technology or operations technology.
• Strong understanding of IT applications management
• Experience in a GMP area and Packaging is highly recommended.

• Troubleshooting: Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting systems; abstract, logical thinking.
• Documentation: Skilled in creating detailed documentation and training materials.

Practicalities

• Contract: 6-month contract
