Are you passionate about sports and skilled in repairing bikes? Join our international team at Decathlon as a Bike Technician and help us keep our customers' sports equipment in top condition!
Your role in our team
As a Bike Technician at Decathlon, you'll be an expert in product knowledge and repairs. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, registering, and repairing sports products, with a focus on bikes
- Ordering spare parts
- Registering and shipping repairs to stores and our 2nd life department
- Communicating with stores and other stakeholders
- A starting salary of €2600 based on a 38-hour work week, with growth opportunities
- Potential monthly bonus based on Decathlon NL results

The ideal candidate for this position:
- Has a passion for sports
- Possesses minimum 2 years of relevant repair experience (bike technician school degree is a plus)
- Is enthusiastic and motivated to learn and explain repairs
- Has strong team spirit and willingness to help where needed
- Is organized and has good communication skills
- Is fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Has EU nationality and lives within 30 km of Tilburg
- Is available for 32-38 hours per week
You'll work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:00, at the Decathlon Warehouse in Tilburg. No late shifts or weekend work required.
