- Fully operational and administrative handling of shipments.
- Ensuring correct execution in accordance with procedures and agreements with customers.
- Maintaining contacts with customers, suppliers, and agents.
- Operational file management up to and including invoicing.
- Identifying and reporting quality issues.
- All other related tasks.
Profile
- MBO+ working and thinking level.
- Experience is a plus.
- Proactive team player.
- Practical and flexible attitude.
- Customer and result-oriented.
- Communicatively skilled.
- Good command of English, spoken and written.
- Possession of a category B driver's license.
