As a HR Specialist & General Affairs, you'll lead daily HR operations with a strong focus on Learning & Development. This hands-on role requires a proactive, humble mindset - supporting everything from onboarding to office coordination. You'll ensure smooth HR processes while driving impactful L&D initiatives in a dynamic, international environment.
Description
We are looking for a hands-on HR Specialist who thrives in a dynamic and international environment. This role blends strategic HR practices with essential day-to-day operational tasks. From policy development to onboarding, from systems support to L&D initiatives-you'll be involved in it all. Core HR Operations
Be the go-to person for employees on a wide range of HR-related questions.
Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new joiners and leavers.
Manage documentation, including employment contracts, transfer letters, salary updates, and more.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems (HRMS), while offering training and support to employees and managers on system usage.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of compensation changes.
Support compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
Actively contribute to the design and execution of L&D initiatives, supporting talent development across the organization.
Collaborate on career coaching, mentoring, and employee engagement activities.
Assist in creating guides, workshops, and programs that foster continuous learning and growth.
Help build a positive, inclusive, and humble workplace culture by embodying a collaborative and team-first mindset.
Be willing to jump in and help with office or general affairs tasks, from organizing supplies to supporting team events-no task is too small.
Participate in succession planning and retention programs.
Be the technical point of contact for the HRMS and act as a system administrator.
Work cross-functionally with payroll and benefits teams to manage complex leave and benefits matters.
Maintain employee data and records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Support internal and external audits related to HR operations and data.
Profile
A proactive, hands-on HR professional who takes pride in doing the work-big or small.
Experienced in HR roles (4-6 years) in international environments.
Strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset.
Deep knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation across various European countries.
Confident in managing multiple priorities, yet humble and grounded in supporting operational and logistical needs.
Comfortable with Excel and HRIS systems
Passionate about learning, development, and continuous improvement.

Salary up to 60k based on experience
