At TMC, we are looking for a Process & Product Support Engineer who is eager to contribute to the development, integration, and optimization of advanced industrial systems within high-tech production environments. This role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction and system-level thinking.

What will you do?

As a Process & Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the integration, validation, and ongoing optimization of complex hardware and software systems. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth system deployment and high performance in real-world production environments. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Investigating customer needs and delivering effective technical solutions
  • Integrating and validating systems in automated manufacturing settings
  • Providing on-site support at customer locations across Europe
  • Designing and delivering user training to ensure systems are used according to specifications and quality standards
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues during integration
  • Collaborating with end-users to ensure optimal system performance in production workflows
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to increase system efficiency and reliability
Wat we van jou verwachten

What do you bring?

  • A Bachelor's or College degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
  • At least 4 years of experience in customer support operations, preferably in high-tech industries such as laser systems, electronics, or automated production
  • Strong understanding of hardware systems and validation techniques, with hands-on experience in testing and troubleshooting complex hardware/software systems
  • Familiarity with system validation for automated production environments, with a focus on consistency, reliability, and quality
  • Experience with system control software, integration tools, and automation protocols
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing (e.g. PCBA)

  • Salary indication between €3,250 and €5,500 (excluding allowances)
  • Individual profit sharing
