As HR Lead, you will become the strategic HR partner to the General Manager and a valued member of the Kabrita International Business Unit (KIBU) Management Team. You’ll lead the design and execution of the HR vision for the international business unit and help shape a future-ready HR organization that supports business growth, innovation, and collaboration across regions.

You will play a central role in translating business strategy into effective HR practices and cultivating an inspiring, performance-driven, and people-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the organizational development of the KIBU and lead impactful HR initiatives aligned with growth strategies.
• Attract and retain top international talent and implement targeted leadership development programs.
• Translate and implement global HR policies and build effective cross-regional HR collaboration structures.
• Design and lead a scalable HR team across the KIBU entities, investing in team development and capability building.
• Ensure HR decision-making is locally informed and globally aligned, with full awareness of regulatory and cultural context.
• Build strong partnerships across functions to support the realization of commercial goals and cultural values.

The Kabrita International Business Unit (KIBU) is one of Ausnutria’s four commercial entities and reports directly to the CEO of Ausnutria Dairy Corporation Ltd (Hong Kong listed company). This premium product is trusted by parents across the globe and continues to grow in reach and impact.

Our international KIBU team is headquartered in Zwolle and operates across six sales regions supported by five sales organizations worldwide. With continued growth and success, we’re now entering an exciting new phase of professionalization within HR — and we are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Lead to drive this development.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a comparable international role.
• Strong strategic HR capabilities combined with deep knowledge of international HR practices, cultural diversity, and organizational design.
• A track record in building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-moving, global environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and collaborate at all levels.
• A proactive and independent mindset — you know how to lead and inspire while staying grounded.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or another Asian language is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally to support our regional teams.
