Are you an experienced BIM Modeler ready to make an impact on large-scale building projects? Our client is seeking a skilled Structural 3D Modeler to bring designs to life using Revit, collaborating closely with engineers and project leaders.
Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Structural 3D Modeler to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and reviewing detailed structural 3D models using Revit. You’ll also produce high-quality design and working drawings, complete with all necessary construction details. While you’ll work independently, you’ll also collaborate closely with the structural engineer and operate under the supervision of a project leader.
Your contribution will play a key role in ensuring efficient, coordinated structural designs. Working alongside both internal colleagues and external partners, you will help deliver robust, practical, and buildable solutions for various types of construction projects.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and detailing structural 3D models in Revit in accordance with BIM Basis ILS or custom BIM protocols at various project stages.
- Coordinating and integrating third-party information into the structural model.
- Generating clear 2D drawings to support different design phases.
- Investigating and solving technical challenges with practical, buildable solutions
- Completed degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering at HBO level; candidates with MBO-level education and relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- At least 7 years of experience as a BIM/Revit Modeler in commercial, residential, or industrial construction.
- Proficient in creating and managing families within the Revit system.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Experience with complex (prefabricated) concrete and steel structures.
- A team player who enjoys sharing expertise and knowledge with colleagues.
