We are seeking a Lead Engineer with a background in High Voltage Substation design and a good Civil Engineering background with Concrete and steel.

You will be working on a number of projects with a specific focus on High Voltage substations. These projects are both local and international. You will be working in a diverse team that has an international composition. This is a highly skilled team with significant growth opportunities.
Vacancy information
The role will involve:
- Leading and developing a team of 1-5 Engineers on specific projects at any given time.
- Working closely with our Project Management team and conducting client meetings
- Lead civil design for substations, including site layout, foundations, and structural components. Collaborate closely with the electrical engineers to integrate systems
- Serve has the main point of contact with the clients and present technical reports and proposals
- Ensure designs and construction follow health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Enforce quality standards, perform inspections, and ensure adherence to specifications.
What do you need
- 8+ Years experience working with a similar role.
- B2 Level Dutch (Big pre) and full fluency in English
- Proactive team motivated mindset
- A degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) with extensive experience in high voltage substations or similar electrical infrastructure projects
- Experience with software tools for structural analysis, design, and drafting (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit).
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, including proficiency in managing teams, budgets, and schedules.
