De Compliance Manager geeft leiding aan experts op het gebied van douane, trade en healthcare compliance. De manager is verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen en verbeteren van complianceprocessen en het versterken van de samenwerking met autoriteiten en klanten. Daarnaast werkt deze nauw samen met andere afdelingen om risico’s te managen, processen te optimaliseren en compliance continu te verbeteren. Als gezicht van de compliancecultuur is deze persoon toegankelijk, betrouwbaar en altijd proactief.

Wat neem je mee?

• Bacheloropleiding in Business, Logistiek, Recht, Internationale Handel of vergelijkbaar
  
• Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in compliance, waarvan minstens 5 jaar in een leidinggevende rol
  
• Diepgaande kennis van de Union Customs Code (UCC), AEO-richtlijnen en healthcare compliance
  
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
  
• Vaardigheden in Excel, Visio en PowerPoint
  
• Oplossingsgerichte mentaliteit, coachende leiderschapsstijl en scherp oog voor detail

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Law, International Trade, or a related field
  
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in compliance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  
• In-depth knowledge of the Union Customs Code (UCC), AEO guidelines, and healthcare compliance
  
• Fluent in Dutch and English
  
• Proficient in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  
• Solution-driven mindset, coaching leadership style, and strong attention to detail
