Job description

This new position at AB Mauri is aimed at strengthening our Marketing position in France & Benelux. It is an opportunity for an energetic, creative and hands-on marketeer who has the seniority to act as an equal partner to Sales Management, Product Development, Supply Chain and Production.

The Marketing Manager is a challenging and demanding new role. It requires someone who can work independently and shape the role of Marketing within the organization. You have it in you to deliver a new Marketing vision and deliver well thought out marketing plans. For this position you have one direct report, the marketing assistant in France.

Some of your key responsibilities are:

• Design draft marketing plan for France and Benelux in close cooperation with the salesmanagers and get approval from the GM. The marketing plan includes a strategic productgroup plan and a marketing communication plan. Implement the approved marketing plan in the three countries together with the marketingassistant
• Responsible for working with management on the portfolio management of yeast and BI assortment for France and Benelux and for product management BI portfolio manufactured in Dordrecht.
• Coordination of the cooperation between productdevelopment and sales for the craft market market with relation to (re)launches, promotions and other product related marketing activities

Job requirements

• HBO food & marketing, HEAO or comparable required
• DTP skills required
• Minimum of 5 years of senior marketing experience in a B2B environment is required
• Proven projectmanagement skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English (verbal and in writing) is required
• Fluency in French is much appreciated
