Are you passionate about sports and logistics? Join our team as a department manager in our state-of-the-art warehouse! Lead a dynamic team, drive operational excellence, and play a crucial role in Decathlon's success story.
Your role in our team
- Lead and develop a team of 10-25 employees
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, planning, and contracts
- Coordinate logistics activities as a duty manager
- Ensure timely order fulfillment for B2C and B2B customers
- Work with KPIs and contribute to accurate forecasting
- Promote safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Continuously develop your skills through our training programs
- Completed MBO 4 education or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of logistics processes
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Flexibility to work 38 hours per week, including weekends
- Excellent command of English
- Valid EU passport and work permit

- Starting salary of €2950 per month (38-hour work week)
