As an Assistant Team Leader, you will manage a team of 5 to 15 employees.Your tasks include:
- Working on the packing department and guiding (new) employees (content-wise)
- Instructing and distributing tasks within the team
- Checking if the work meets the agreed quality standards"
- Detecting and reporting simple (electrical/mechanical) faults, organizing repairs, and adjusting parts
- Ensuring smooth work preparation so that the team can continue working efficiently and adjusting when needed
Gevraagd
- Ready to work in a 3-shift system and rotate on Saturdays
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English
- Experience with similar tasks or strong leadership skills
- You think in a solution-oriented way and have good communication skills
- Living in the area of Roosendaal, Breda, or Bergen op Zoom"
