What are you going to do?

As a Senior Specialist in Retail Asset Management, you will oversee lease execution, portfolio optimization, and financial obligations. You will manage landlord relations, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, timely payments, and lease administration efficiency. Your role will drive cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and strategic asset management planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lease obligations, including critical dates, payments, and compliance.
  • Oversee landlord and vendor correspondence, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Track and report on financials, lease performance, and optimization opportunities.
  • Execute asset management plans and identify cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure timely processing of lease documents and approvals.
  • Support strategic planning with a 3-year outlook on portfolio optimization.
  • Drive process improvements and issue resolution.
