The internship & the department

Do you have a creative mind? Are you strong in delivering tangible results and passionate about change management and proactive in sharing your ideas? You like to work in a diverse environment impacting many people in our organisation? Then we have the ideal role for you in our Procurement Team in HEINEKEN.

The cross-functional aim led by the procurement function, is to enable thousands of our colleagues all over the globe with new procurement processes and tools. To support the Change Campaign of these projects we have an exciting open position in the Procurement team to bring that extra creative skillset.

The internship is based in Schiphol and available per now for the duration of 5-6 months. You will be working closely to the Project Teams and Digital Performance Excellence Manager to align on the strategic Change & Communications direction for the program.

In this internship you will be responsible for creating sound content [DS1] to support the Program Change campaign

• Collaborate with colleagues all over the globe to improve the User Experience, Effectiveness and Efficiency of the Procurement Operations
• Support in designing and implementing a new communication strategy to raise awareness and visibility of Procurement Improvements
• Design high resolution visuals that support all forms of communication & training events as part of the Change Campaign
• Support the implementation teams in their communication journey by delivering custom made visuals

The terms of employment

• Your starting date is 1 September 2025
• The internship is fulltime
• The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
• It is a practice-oriented internship
• You will be based in Schiphol
• During your internship, you have the flexibility to workin a hybrid setup
• You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm based on 40 hours per week
• You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
• If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

Conditions of HEINEKEN

1. You are enrolled at an educational institution.
   1. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.
   2. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
2. Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
