The Function

Your position as an Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer, you will work closely with Electrical and Software Engineers within your department and report directly to the Manager of E&I and Software. You will be based at our office in Enschede, where you will collaborate with over 400 colleagues. Starting next year, we will be relocating to a brand-new, modern office in Hengelo.

You will support a partner in Poland with the construction of containers and provide technical assistance during the commissioning of installations.


Your Responsibilities
  • Preparing RFQs and evaluating offers;

  • Maintaining direct contact with clients and answering inquiries;

  • Collaborating with the Electrical and Software Engineering departments in both the Netherlands and Poland;

  • Responsible for preparing load lists, network diagrams, overseeing and monitoring panel builders, reviewing electrical schematics and cable lists, and performing ATEX and SIL calculations;

  • Providing technical support during the commissioning of installations



Our requirements
  • A completed technical education at MBO-4 level or higher, preferably in Industrial Automation or Electrical Engineering;

  • Experience in designing and implementing electrical systems;

  • Knowledge of ISO, IEC, UL, CSA, ATEX, and SIL standards;

  • Strong communication skills and a team player;

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities;

  • Proficiency in English to the extent that allows fluent communication in both speaking and writing.
