Are you an experienced operator in the production or industrial sector and looking for a new challenge in Venlo? In this position as a heat treatment operator, you will be responsible for controlling heat treatment processes and play a key role in the production process.

In the role of operator, you will be responsible for setting, operating and monitoring various heat treatment installations. You will heat materials to the right temperature and ensure controlled cooling to achieve the desired properties. You ensure that the entire process runs efficiently, safely and according to the specified requirements.

Carefully packing and unpacking oven loads, where accuracy and attention to detail are essential to ensure process quality;
Setting and tuning the correct process to achieve optimum results and ensure efficient production;
Monitoring process progress and making timely adjustments to parameters when required to ensure continuity and product quality;
Performing preventive maintenance and minor repairs to the facilities to maintain operational efficiency and minimise downtime;
Actively ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations to ensure a safe working environment and minimise environmental impact.

Gevraagd

An MBO degree, preferably in a technical field;
Command of the Dutch, English or German language.
Experience as an operator, preferably within the heat treatment industry;
Technical insight and a hands-on mentality, with an affinity for working with machines and installations;
A keen eye for quality and the ability to work efficiently independently;
Flexibility and willingness to work in a shift pattern.

Aanbod

€18,90 to €20,00 gross per hour, including 20% shift allowance.Working in two shifts, with shift bonus;

Working week of 38 hours;
Working conditions according to the Collective Labour Agreement for Metalworking;
