Our client is seeking a Project Manager with the strategic mindset and hands-on drive to lead complex technical projects in industrial and utility environments. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle - from clarifying the problem statement to delivering efficient, safe, and sustainable results.

Our client is looking for Project Manager to take full ownership of complex technical projects, from start to finish. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams and make sure everyone stays focused on the key question: What problem are we solving?

In a technical environment where it’s easy to get lost in the details, your strength is maintaining oversight. You’ll steer on scope, budget, and planning, ensuring clear communication and solid agreements with clients, engineers, and subcontractors. Whether it’s engineering, purchasing, or construction, you're responsible for making sure it all runs smoothly and according to plan.

As our client expands into more multidisciplinary work, you’ll play an active role in that transition. Your ability to challenge ideas, ask the right questions, and keep things moving will be key.

You’ll be part of an open and approachable team working on new construction and modification projects in the industrial sector. The work is varied and meaningful, with a strong focus on efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

What do you need

5–10+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Leader in multidisciplinary industrial or utility projects
Strong mechanical engineering background and familiarity with electrical discipline
Experience with brownfield, revamp, or maintenance-driven projects
Hands-on approach with strong strategic and operational balance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven commercial and coaching capabilities
Confident managing customer relations and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with project management methodologies and documentation standards
Fluent in Dutch and English
Willingness to be present on-site and support office growth initiatives
Affinity with aviation and sustainability is a plus
