Wat ga je doen?
As a Production Team Leader, you will work at a high tech production company in Elsoo. The company is largely automated, but never forgets that people makes the company great. As a Production Team Leader you are responsible for your section and team within the company. Your tasks as a Production Team Leader:
- Leading a team of approximately 10-20 employees;
- Coaching and supporting the team;
- Preparing production and staffing schedules;
- Collaborating with various internal and external parties;
- Organizing work meetings on the production floor;
- Managing the achievement of results and objectives using LEAN methodology;
- Proposing and implementing improvement initiatives.

Wie ben jij?
- Available for 32, 36 or 40 hours per week;
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts;
- (Very) good English or Dutch language skills;- Extensive experience (as a manager) in a dynamic production environment;
- Ability to operate in a flexible and dynamic work environment;
- Affinity with improving and optimizing processes and continuous learning;

- Direct contract with the client, with prospects for a permanent contract;
- There is an opportunity to work full-time, spread over 4 days
- Salary up to €3,505 gross per month, excluding irregular hours allowance (The salary is negotiable);
- Fixed year-end bonus of 5.33%;
