Wij bieden- Gross hourly wage starting at €14.58, depending on your work experience*
- Salary paid every 4 weeks, meaning 13 payments per year
- Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometer for daily commutes over 20 kilometers
- 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
- 10% vacation hours accrual and 5% year-end bonus
- 26 vacation days based on a full-time contract, plus an extra day off on your birthday
- 8 months contract with a 1 month proof period
- Opportunity to obtain your SVS diploma (basic cleaning training)
- Trainings and courses to grow into roles such as Supervisor/Team Leader
*Gross hourly wage applies from age 20 and above
Jouw baan
As a Cleaner for Public Areas and Apartments, you will play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our property. You’ll be responsible for cleaning a variety of spaces, including:
- Public toilets
- Reception area
- Garden
- Garage
- Bicycle parking
- Apartments (only when unoccupied)
Work Schedule:
- 5 days per week (including weekends on rotation)
- Shifts: 07:00 – 15:00 or 08:00 – 16:00

Jij bent
- Flexibly available and able to work on different days between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Independent and speaks Dutch and/or English
- Accurate and enjoys a clean environment
- Living in Diemen or nearby
- Experience in cleaning is a plus, but not required
