Role: Mid-level Account Executive (UK/Ireland focus)

Role description:
Focus on UK/Ireland territory with channel co-sell model
Solution-oriented, full-cycle sales (ARR and services)
Average deal size: €60K ARR, can range up to €1M
Sales cycle: 4–12 months
Methodology: Same Side Selling, solution selling
Pipeline: ~30% direct, ~70% via partners
Autonomy required to self-manage daily business

Must haves:
Proven experience carrying a SaaS quota,
Energetic, independent
Experience with complex SaaS / Services / able to understand requirements
Strong self-organisation and proactive attitude

~€80K base + ~€60K bonus
