Role: Mid-level Account Executive (UK/Ireland focus)
Location: Veenendaal
Language: English
WFH policy: Hybrid (mostly remote, minimum 1x/week in-office)

Size and functions of local team: Small sales team integrated with services, pre-sales, partner and channel marketing
Role description:
Focus on UK/Ireland territory with channel co-sell model
Solution-oriented, full-cycle sales (ARR and services)
Average deal size: €60K ARR, can range up to €1M
Sales cycle: 4–12 months
Methodology: Same Side Selling, solution selling
Pipeline: ~30% direct, ~70% via partners
Autonomy required to self-manage daily business
Unique about the company:
No micromanagement; focus on results
Clear ownership of a territory
Must haves:
Proven experience carrying a SaaS quota,
Energetic, independent
Experience with complex SaaS / Services / able to understand requirements
Strong self-organisation and proactive attitude
Nice to haves:
Channel co-selling background
Dutch language skills
Salary range & secondary benefits:
~€80K base + ~€60K bonus
