From first ideas to the final CSS line: as a Customer Success Specialist – Restyling, you guide restyling projects from start to finish and take existing websites to the next level.

Booking Experts customers use our CMS (Content Management System) to manage their websites. Sometimes they face technical challenges or have questions about content, structure, or integrations. That’s where you come in.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate restyling projects for existing customer websites;

• Advise customers on new designs, content structure, and user experience;

• Execute restyling yourself using HTML, CSS, and CMS functionalities;

• Collaborate with designers and developers on custom solutions;

• Test, review, and launch restyled websites;

• Monitor performance after launch using tools such as Google Analytics.

Booking Experts is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up providing a Property Management System (PMS) for holiday parks and hotels. We automate processes, improve guest experience, and maximize revenue for our clients.

Your team

As a CMS Restyling Specialist, you will join the CMS Website Team. You will work closely with other departments such as our developers and marketers. Our enthusiastic team members — Eline, Bouke, Casper, and Isa work hard and are motivated, able to work independently but also enjoy collaborating.

You have:

• • HBO-level thinking and working, preferably in design, media, or web development;
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS systems;
  • Experience with UX/UI principles and responsive design;
  • Creative and visual skills;
  • Insight into branding and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
