Location: IKEA in Breda
Hours: 20 to 38 hours per week
Working hours: Between 06:00 and 22:30 (varies)
Working days: Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday

CSU is a professional cleaning company that ensures clean and safe environments. For IKEA, CSU provides reliable cleaning services to keep the store and facilities spotless, so customers have a pleasant shopping experience.

We have different jobs available:

1. Cleaning jobs (schoonmaak):

• You clean different areas.

• You clean toilets, floors, and furniture.

• You vacuum and mop the floors.

• You dust and keep everything tidy.

2. Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning (spoelkeuken):

• You help clean the kitchen.

• You work with the dishwasher.

• You clean floors, fridges, and deep fryers.

• You clean and sort cutlery.

• You polish cutlery to make it shine.

3. Outdoor area (buitengebied):

• You empty trash bins.

• You work with a sweeping machine.

• You make sure shopping carts are in the right place.

You're always there for others – and for us. So, we’re here for you. You’ll get a permanent contract under the Cleaning & Window Cleaning Collective Labor Agreement (CAO). As a cleaner, you will also receive:

• An hourly wage starting at €14.58 if you are 20 years or older.

• A permanent contract right away, with a 2-month probation period.

• 26 vacation days based on a 38-hour work week.

• Travel allowance from 20 kilometers per day, starting at €0.14 per kilometer.

• A pension contribution starting at age 18.

• Every year: 8% holiday allowance and a year-end bonus in December (if you’ve worked with us for over 6 months).

• Our “Fresh at Work” program, including discounts on insurance, free sports activities, a bicycle plan, and a language course.

• One extra vacation day that you can use on your birthday!

• Additional pay for working in the evenings, weekends, and on public holidays!
