Our client supplies a complete, year-round, and fresh daily assortment of fruit and vegetables to supermarket chains, wholesalers, and the processing industry both domestically and internationally. In close collaboration with growers, they work daily on quality, innovation, and sustainable relationships within the fresh produce sector.

For an internationally operating trading company in the fresh produce sector, we are looking for commercial talent to further strengthen our market position in Southern Europe with a focus on Italy. In the role of Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding sales activities with strategic clients in Italy. You build long-term relationships and understand exactly what your customers need. Thanks to your strong communication skills, you easily coordinate with all relevant departments, such as purchasing, administration, and logistics.

• Maintaining daily contact with existing clients;
• Generating new revenue through existing or new customer relationships;
• Actively contributing to the sales process on a daily basis;
• Collaborating with the Southern Europe team on shared commercial goals;
• Supporting the implementation of account plans.

For an internationally operating fruit and vegetable trading company, we are looking for an independent Sales Representative with several years of experience in a commercial role. You have a keen eye for opportunities, think in terms of solutions, and thrive in a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment. Experience in the fresh produce sector is a plus.

• A bachelor's working and thinking level, preferably with a commercial background;
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally within the fruit and vegetable sector;
• Excellent command of both Dutch and Italian, spoken and written;
• Strong communication skills and customer focus, combined with a hands-on mentality;
• Resilience under pressure, a team-oriented mindset, and a sharp eye for quality and results.
