Do you enjoy working actively in a production environment? And do you prefer to work in a 3-shift operation? Then this position as a production employee is perfect for you!

In this role you will contribute to the smooth running of the production process. You participate in packaging products - such as lids for the food industry - keep the workplace tidy and support the operators where necessary. Your duties are light in nature and include:
- Packing activities of produced packaging;
- Perform quality checks for visible defects;
- Ensuring a clean and tidy workplace.

You will work in a modern production environment with a nice working atmosphere. The shifts are as follows:
- Morning shift: 6:45 to 15:00 (Monday you will start at 5:15);
- Evening shift: 14:45 to 23:00 (on Friday until 1:00);
- Night shift: 22:45 to 07:00.

Do you work night shifts? Then you are off on the night of Sunday to Monday and that work week consists of 4 days. As a result, you work an average of 38.5 hours per week at this organization.

Jouw nieuwe werkplek

You will join a warm family business that specializes in making packaging for the food industry. A total of about 70 colleagues work in the company and another 40 people through a sheltered workshop. There is a lot of attention to social involvement and a pleasant, open atmosphere on the shop floor.

The location in Heteren is easily accessible from, for example, Nijmegen, Arnhem and Ede, such as German cities like Kranenburg and Kleve.

Dit bieden wij jou

- Salary between €3.000 and €3.300 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week);
- Possibility to be directly on contract with the employer;
- 24 vacation days + 3 ADV days;
- 8% vacation pay;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
