Manager Data Management Office

What will you do?As a DMO team manager, you lead a team of 8 permanent data specialists. You are responsible for day-to-day management and creating a stimulating working environment in which cooperation and development are central.

Your main tasks:

Managing and coaching the DMO team.
Acting as a solid discussion partner on a substantive level, both within the team and towards other departments.
Actively contribute to the further development of the data policy and strategy.
Effectively convey the data vision to internal and external stakeholders.
Working within an organization that is set up according to the SAFe and LEAN methodologies.

Your role within the MT DataYou will be part of the Data MT, led by the Head of Data. Together with the other team managers, you give direction to the organization's data strategy. You are an active sparring partner and think along about the course on a strategic and tactical level.During the training period, you will work closely with the current team manager to ensure a smooth transfer of tasks. From October 2025, you will fully assume the position.

Demonstrable experience as a team manager or team lead within the domain of Data Management.
Substantive expertise in the field of data, with the ability to think along and make decisions at a strategic and tactical level.
Experience working in a SAFe and LEAN environment.
Strong skills in stakeholder management: you know how to involve people in your vision.
Decisive, proactive and communicative: you know why you are making a decision and can clearly substantiate it.
