As a production worker in the glass industry, you’ll work in a 2- or 3-shift system, earn between €2868 and €3068 gross per month (including shift allowance), and can earn a bonus of up to €500 every quarter. Step by step, you’ll learn various processes and work in a close-knit team where your efforts truly matter. Don’t have much experience with glass yet? No problem — you’ll receive full training.

As a production worker, you’ll learn various glass processing tasks, such as cutting glass, bending frames, insulating glass, or operating the sealing machine. These processes take place on separate production lines. Your team and team leader will help you operate the line. After about 3 to 4 months, you’ll be fully trained on one of the production lines, and after working independently for a period, you’ll receive training on the next production line. Thanks to the variety of production lines, no two workdays will be the same! There are many different machines, but they can’t do everything. Your contribution as a production worker is therefore essential!

Working hours:
Morning shift: 05:30–14:00 / Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:30 / Night shift: 22:30–05:30; your shift changes every week.
For every hour you work, you’ll receive a shift allowance, whether you’re in the morning, afternoon, or night shift.

• A gross monthly salary of €2868 to €3068, including a shift allowance of 15% or 23%;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km from the first kilometer;
• Participation in a bonus scheme with a potential bonus of up to €500 per quarter (if you work the full quarter, the bonus is based on your attendance);
