About the Role
As a Reverse Logistics & Distribution Support Specialist, you'll support daily operations across reverse logistics, tracking & tracing, serialization, and distribution complaints in the EMEA region. You’ll ensure compliance with SOX and GDP regulations and help drive continuous improvement in logistics quality and performance.

Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate returns of Finished Drug Products (FDP), including recalls.
Log, investigate, and follow up on low-risk distribution complaints.
Support shipment tracking and tracing via the Global Distribution Hub.
Analyze NMVO alerts and manage EU FMD reporting trends.
Represent the team in stakeholder meetings and support audits.
Drive process improvements and support compliance with KPIs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2+ years of supply chain experience in GMP/GDP-regulated environments.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Proficient in English; experience with ERP systems.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Experience in logistics issue handling and stakeholder collaboration.

Other Information

Training is being provided
3+ years in biotech/pharma and knowledge of supply chain, trade, and compliance (GMP/GDP/SOX).
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
