Are you passionate about supporting smooth production operations and resolving issues before they become problems? We are looking for a Production Support Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our production staff on administrative and system-related matters. In this key role, you’ll help ensure optimal production performance by managing schedules, following up on batch issues, and providing expert-level system support.
Your Key Responsibilities
Act as the first-line contact for administrative and system-related queries from production staff.
Resolve issues independently or escalate to relevant departments or management when needed.
Manage production schedules and ensure timely order preparations.
Ensure timely follow-up on batch-related issues to support finished product disposition.
Act as a Super User for production-related IS systems, including:
ERP (SAP preferred)
Warehouse Management Systems
Microsoft Office Suite
Production Efficiency Applications
Document Management Systems
Initiate, own, and close non-conformance records (Class 1 and 2).
Initiate, own, and close CAPA records of moderate complexity.
Conduct root cause analysis and investigations for moderate-complexity production issues.
Prepare accurate and timely batch documentation.
Participate in production-related projects and SGAs.
Assist in validation and maintain departmental KPIs and metrics.
What You Bring
Minimum Requirements
MBO degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or
HBO degree with minimal related experience.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Proficient in English (oral and written).
Knowledge of GMP regulations.
Experience with SAP ERP systems.
Familiarity with root cause investigation tools such as ATS.
